Yesterday was annoying. Had to call out of work for the first time ever (minus covid, I don't count that since it wasn't for me initially) because of a really weird migraine. Later our power went out & when it came back on, it killed our cable box so I had to deal with that..

The fall back time change used to be one of my favorite days of the year. Now as a cranky older person I hate it because I keep thinking that I am late for work lol.

Between the Xfinity results, the World Series ending the way it did, and the time change I am in a state of shock. What a bizarre time.

That World Series was wonderful and I'm heartsick for Toronto. What a great season. You guys were so good and so fun.

Day off plans are to read and watch all the Halloween things. It’s been 2 weeks since I finished a book which for me is a long time. So much for my plan to read a bunch of spooky books leading up to Halloween lol. 😣

Just saw there is a big Gilmore Girls event this weekend and I hate that I’m lame and can’t go. 😫

Very disturbing! I watched 20 minutes of the first movie and when we left, we were almost in a bad accident right after pulling out of the driveway. There is something messed up in the universe regarding those movies.

Extended my Dega timer by an hour. We’ll see if that’s long enough. I have a feeling shenanigans will be in full display today.

I have a stack of random shorter books that I want to get through to donate to the sale I donate to annually so it’s realistic that I might hit closer to 100 if I read those in between all my fall reads. 😳

Hit my Goodreads goal yesterday. Earliest I’ve ever hit it & the most I’ve read in a year since I started tracking in ‘11. It’s weird because I don’t feel like I’ve read that much this year lol.
