I've said my piece on who I think would make the best "New Ashbringer" before and that fell to Arator mostly. Mostly because he's an up and coming Paladin who tries to keep it neutral.

I don't really have a set biased as to who should wield it -- just that it should be wielded by somebody.

I too am hoping we get a neighborhood styled more in either Northrend or Winterspring.

I know many are clamoring for an Eversong Neighborhood for Midnight. And that makes sense! But I hope we get a Northrend-styled one for Last Titan too!

I want it to be relevant today though. But it would be cool to see that kind of story play out in a CoT dungeon too.

Whenever they update Kalimdor or if Stonetalon Peak becomes relevant. They should totally do a Mega-Dungeon or at the very least a subzone/questline of the place.

Not sure if I've seen anything like this for the Horde Housing area just yet. But I feel like this would be the perfect middle ground for a "Horde" but also Forsaken area.

I think an underground or mushroom cave area would be cool for housing.
