UW-Green Bay's Rising Phoenix program, a dual-enrollment program for area high schools, will add up to 150 students in 2026. Here's what to know.
I was proud to secure $1 million for the Rising Phoenix program. Dual enrollment allows students to get a cost-effective head start on their post- high school careers, and Brown County is lucky to have some of the best programs in the state.
