There was not a lot of movement for the entirety of 3, but 4 pushed the show back into gear and gave clear motivations and objectives for each character as well. I thought 4 was 🤌

Sleepy Hollow was a formative viewing experience for me.

Thought the Fear Street Trilogy was such a pleasant surprise. Captured each sub genre while maintaining a century spanning thread that completed the main plot. Great scare sequences, pressure release humor, and nostalgic nods that felt original.

I don’t think Barbarian received enough love upon release. Great cast, frightening visuals, incredibly tight story structure, grisly social commentary. Probably going to update the film course schedule in the Fall and include in what Stephen King would call, “The Thing that Should Not Exist”
