Yes, a lot of wood flooring and other manufactured wood is treated with formaldehyde, which causes cancer.

This was changed several years ago - the warnings you see now on Prop 65 labels are specific to the chemical/s the product actually has, and the harm it causes, in excess of an explicit amount deemed to cause harm if exposed to over a specific amount. Generic warnings are no longer allowed.
