It's a reference to Tavros Nitram, one of the trolls from Homestuck. He was FLARPing (the troll equivalent of LARPing) with Vriska and she mind-controlled him into jumping off a cliff, which left him paralyzed from the waist down. As the troll representing Taurus, he also has really big bull horns
