Yes. The duration of the delayed triggered ability hasn't expired. It's still "this turn." Don't confuse the expiration of "this turn" and "end of turn" *effects* during cleanup with the ending of the delayed triggered ability's duration. #WotCstaff

I'll leave that up to the rules team, but really, it would just be a rule defining the English word "exactly." I haven't seen a lot of confusion about this one and we tend not to have rules for terms that are just being used in their English sense, but I can pass along the suggestion.
