I have audio books that I listen to. It’s a motivational support thing I picked up. I won’t listen to them except while I’m on the treadmill or out for a walk. Want to know what happens next in your story? Gotta go for a walk.

It is a bit of a cool, grey, and drizzly day here on southern Vancouver Island 🇨🇦 this first full day of Spring. We are still surrounded by lots of colour though... magnolias, camellias, rhododendrons, and so much more.
