Yes just had notification that our local supermarket & brico are now open after being flooded again, happens every winter I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to build them next to a river !

We are in SW Charente, nearly in Dordogne, we had no electricity for over 12 hours, no mobile signal but we had water, all ok now. It’s not raining at the moment and a lot calmer I think further south it’s been worse .. take care on your travels
