Then COVID, followed by CFS, POTS & more took that away from me. Now I can barely walk, breathe, brush my hair without needing to take a break & rest. I can’t work or have any kind of life. We need answers, REAL treatment & equity of care, including for poor, racialized & LGBTQIA+2S ppl, NOW!

Lost income, lost friendships, connections with others, quality of life, autonomy, safety, and so much more. I wasn’t one of these people who ran marathons before COVID but I could at least (barely) hold down a job, do a bit of yoga & could dance a bit and go on long walks. First fibromyalgia,
