Hopefully this helps someone whose actually struggling with water intake too, I’m terrible at drinking water but I love hot beverages like tea so this has really helped me hydrate better

Hydration Pro Tip: if you’re struggling to get hydrated on normal cold water, try heating your water before drinking it, to like a nice hot tea temperature. For me, I can drink actual gallons of hot water easily in a day, but with cold water I feel full after like one bottle
