You should come back in a year and ask all the new tenants how they feel about being able to live in the neighbourhood, they probably have a different perspective that is just as valuable.

I'd love to see your sports facility enthusiast take on Commonwealth Stadium, and the redeveloping area around Stadium Station in the central north-east. It's pretty grungy by some standards but maybe you'll see the charm. The Italian food at Panini's near the station is great too.

It's cool that people are making starter packs but I don't really want to indiscriminately follow a whackton of people. I wish I could like, convert a starter pack into a feed thing.
