The decline of third spaces and hangouts, such as malls, video rental places, arcades & skate parks has been a direct result of the rise of convenience and has also been objectively bad for society as a whole. That's what I was hoping to hear! And that doesn't surprise me at all, he's the loveliest person I've ever met in all my years in LA. Once brought persimmons from his amazing orchard to me at my office! I bet he's the best neighbor.

Was gonna say, is he planning on leaving the neighborhood? I'd be surprised, I know Bill a bit and he literally built that beautiful house, so hopefully not! But looks like a really lovely thing and I hope you can keep it going in the years to come!
