I would give it to Cocherane until the summer to see how he does. He’s clearly a well respected coach who would have had the Brentford job if he had stayed. With a lack of outstanding alternatives I think it would be the smart move.

If and when Frank goes do you think Cochrane is a viable choice to take over similarly to when Jol replaced Santini. He’s clearly a well respected coach and by all accounts would have had the Brentford job had he not joined Frank. With a lack of outstanding candidates available we could do worse.

I don’t think he profiles any different to Sarr, Bergvall or Gray. Not what we need at all.

I don’t think any of those have better squads than us. They have managers who have been there a long time and have their philosophies drilled into the players. How many players from those sides come in and improve us?

I saw it last week and found it a bit meh. I was 16 when the original came out and it was the best film 16 year old me had ever seen and I’ve still got a soft spot for it. The new one was pretty much devoid of humour which is weird considering the director. It was played too straight imo.
