I saw people recommending it a week or two ago and I think they also made a comment about it.

They said they will be presenting community guidelines soon. It’s definitely not something they should be pressured about considering their aim is a safe place for LGBTQ, but this new ToS places a lot of harm on already marginalized communities adjacent to the LGBTQ spectrum.

Slightly, there are some legislators trying to push censorship but it's mostly stuff from the US that's affecting us.

That said, there is an obscenity clause here that is harmful to artists and writers, and I've been bringing these issues up to the federal government in hopes they take action.

If you are a Canadian NSFW artist, please keep an eye on your account after Oct 15 and contact me if any of your media/account is censored with the new ToS.

I may have a follow-up meeting with the federal government in the coming months to address this.
