This band existed from 1994 to 1995. They made music.

We are not brains riding a machine. We are a complete nervous system. The entire organism is absorbing what happens to us at all times. Traumatic events don’t happen to the mind. They happen to the entire body. Learning to pause and listen to the body creates room for you to sense your full self.
