I figure I'd go with a "Always Two Games" strategy.
One that focuses on profit, the other that can aford to be more experimental or fan-favorate teratory.
Noir detective story in the vein of LA Noir, set either in Waterdeep or Menzoberranzan.
Hum, Squad based Hero Shooter but in place of pre-made characters you have pre-made classes. You can entirely customise the look of each class.
I don't want that second one, but it's likely to be profitable.
