Can we please normalize applying the consent rule of "anything but an enthusiastic yes is a no" to more scenarios?
Especially when it comes to asking for permission for more serious things, *especially* anything commercial...

also always, *always* when you're making something directly based on somebody else's work that you're wanting to sell, you need their *explicit* permission for it, no way around it

When I signed this a couple days ago, it was up to 60k. Now only a couple days later it is only a few thousand away from 100k.

...plus it's nice to be able to use both sides of a page in a sketchbook without needing an extra special bleedproof one lol

buut alcohol markers have the advantage of working with most of my fountain pen inks (without them having to be water resistant/proof)

sorry alcohol markers, you're fun, but the ability to get a bigger color variety from mixing only a few pans/tubes & the longevity & refill-ability of watercolors just can't be beat

it's so funny to me how I went from being a watercolor hater to it probably being one of my favorite traditional mediums
