13 Ontario city mayors asked #DougFord to use the notwithstanding clause to override a court decision preventing municipalities from clearing homeless encampments if their *SHELTERS ARE FULL*.

🚩 They want to forcefully remove people who are already suffering with NOWHERE ELSE TO GO. 🚩 #Ontario

Forced drug #addiction treatment is not only *not* going to work—but is a massive waste of taxpayer money that is actually going to harm those it is supposed to help.

How about we adequately fund voluntary #mentalhealth and drug addiction treatment first? Crazy idea, I know. 🤷‍♀️

Just a reminder that #Ontario's maximum monthly individual #disability payment is only 🚩 $1,368 🚩. Doug Ford's government is purposefully trapping people with disabilities in a cycle of poverty that they can't escape.

I am baffled that empathy, care, and kindness for all people like this is now considered radical. I guess I have just always been #radical. 🤷‍♀️

Fundamental human needs—like food, shelter, and healthcare—have to be highly regulated or they will be exploited for profit.
