Today we released an audit based on a report to the Accountability Hotline. The audit found employee reuse procedures did not meet ethical requirements. Read the full report at www.oregonmetro.gov/sites/defaul... The audit will be presented to Council on Tuesday 10/14/25 at 10:30am.

Recommended improvements included:
• Consistency of public meeting notices.
• Proactive communication with lobbyists to file annual financial statements.
• Stronger quality control processes to ensure the reliability of contract data.
The audit will be presented to Council on Sept. 18 @ 10:30 am.

The Council President asked for an ordinance to increase Council's flexibility to redistribute some SHS funds (2h 33m) yesterday. It appears they are considering whether to redirect about $30 million of SHS funds in response to requests from MultCo and Portland.
