The U.S. population in 2024 was estimated to be around 335 million. Voter turnout was approximately 55.7% of the voting-age population​ meaning roughly 185 million people voted. Given Trump's 77.3 million votes, his support among the entire U.S. population was 23% (77.3 million out of 335 million).

I just don't htink I'm reaching or changing the minds of those Trump folks. I'm to the point of letting them have it! Pay higher prices, get less services, get benefits cut. I htink all of this will happen. I'm in dispare.

Trump is all I feared. My thought is let him go to it and see how his power base reacts over time. Tariffs = high costs. That's just an example

I do not know if it's do-able. My Facebook page is for my sunset pictures, annoucements of things happening, jokes, and feel good posts. Bluesky is for my political thoughts. We'll see how it all works. I just do not think Facebook works as a place for political thought.
