Not really a recipe, but vegetable + a bit of olive oil + spices = very easy, crispy roasted veg in like <10 minutes, it was wildly fast & easy!

The first time I used an air fryer (at a friend's place, for kids) I accidentally charbroiled broccoli I was roasting bc i put it on for too long. But I was able to remake it, plus make more--bc they ate it all--within time limits of 5yr old impatience(!). Made me realize why ppl love them!

it is ALWAYS worth pointing out who gets to be just a helpless little innocent precious baby boy at the age of 34, vs. who is framed by the cops as a big scary dangerous man whose candy bar might be a gun when he's barely in middle school, or described as a "13-year-old woman" by her predator

It pisses me off to no end that Long Covid affects hundreds of millions of people globally and no one I know can name a Long Covid expert or any of the leading labs looking into it. It’s simply not a topic people want to pay any attention to, and I consider that living in fear, or at least denial.

As others have said, no one is demanding mask mandates in all public places. A reasonable solution is to have mandates in places that clinically vulnerable people cannot avoid. Public transit, healthcare facilities, grocery stores and pharmacies. CLEAN THE AIR in schools and all other buildings.

Al Jazeera is doing videos of the Palestinian releases and they're heart wrenching. One man was detained for over a year and was released to find out that Israel had killed his two kids. The youngest was three. Her birthday would've been on Saturday. He'd made a small bracelet for her in prison.

it would probably be sorta hard for just anyone to do it *this well* because it requires you to actually be normal about trans people, but still it feels important to state for the record that WE ARE NOT HARD TO STAND UP FOR AND ANY OF THEM COULD DO IT.
