Another day at COTA! Saw some great cars and ran the Chevy SS in a higher class. It was fun getting used to advanced passing!

This is something people will never see again. My first major job was for Cray Inc as a field consultant/engineer. For a company generating such important scientific computing systems, they were surprisingly small. The same little old lady sewed every field tech's name!

Well there is always that day that your daily driver car becomes a mild project.
I need to lay out all the parts for the Chevy SS sedan just to see it all.
Not a bad trade for a busted 1972 Chevelle and some savings!
Now for small I want something I can hide in my 2015 Chevy SS. I like the car stock looking, so being able to hide my system for logging would be great. Canbus and a few sensor inputs would be great!

I have a coolant pressure sensor to wire still. My gauges feed oil pressure, oil temp, EGT, and wideband O2 information.This is in addition to the system's own info

I use the AEM canbus plus the car's canbus. I can collect everything via the canbus systems or the manual sensors I've added.
@brentpicasso.bsky.social I have been bringing my track car online and forgot how much I missed my Racecapture. It would be awesome to see small systems easy to hide in more "stock" cars!
