If you feel that use of AI art assets at any stage of the process is an automatic out, but ChatGPT translations are fine if they're "checked" by people, it might be worth asking yourself why that is. Because it sounds a whole lot like valuing the work of translators less than other creatives to me.

Today is the 3rd slopiversary of us having to temporarily close submissions. The problem of "AI"-generated submissions hasn't gone away and is still a huge waste of our time. House policy remains the same: #noAI stories, translation, art, or anything else.

I remember vividly the day Gooseworx posted this on tumblr and immediately thinking "Ohhh.....not sure thats gonna age well" Really sad that I ended up being correct. She deserves better and its not just TADC. Creators fundamentally can't trust there fanbases to behave on any level.
