Almost a year into this presidency, Trump voters have gotten nothing except the Big Beautiful Bill, which was usual Republican politics of giving tax cuts to the rich and slashing social spending for the poor. Housing remains unaffordable, cost of living is rising, and manufacturing jobs fell.

The tornado touched down May 16, the lucky few whose homes remain standing have gained electricity back to their homes yesterday. Crews are working tirelessly to clear large trees from alleys to reach power poles & transformers to repair all the downed power lines.

Pray for my city y’all. That EF3 tornado caused a lot of damage in the residential neighborhoods of St Louis’ North & West side areas.
