The last 2 times my husband has played gigs with his (Maori) reggae band, I've had a person come up to me and touch my head without asking. My energy is an extremely limited resource, so more valuable than most people recognise. I will no longer we giving it away to people who don't appreciate it's value.

Seriously? I've been block by a local Labour candidate fir suggesting that maybe, instead of blaming the left (you know, their main audience and voters) for losing faith that the party should actually listen to us and take on board our concerns. Like maybe we want parties to actually represent us?

Or better yet... and this might be a radical idea, but hear me out... do better by your constuents. Maybe listen to their concerns and actually take them on board.

I vote for the coalition I want to see. If I wanted to see a major party take power without a partner, I'd vote for them, but I don't.

Seymour doesn't appear to be outwardly saying that trans people don't deserve basic human rights, so there's that.

Why?!! Those small decreases in speed limit don't really cost you any time. There are some weird issues coming up this round.
