Artificial Intelligence and Academic Professions
Executive SummaryEducational technology, or ed-tech, including artificial intelligence (AI), continues to become more integrated into teaching and research in higher education, with minimal oversight.
NEW: I was happy to have a small role in preparing this just-dropped AAUP report on βArtificial Intelligence and the Academic Professions.β It includes a smart overview
of the threats, analysis of collected survey data, and action items. www.aaup.org/reports-publ...

For those of you planning conferences, it is very nice to have it listed whether outdoor seating is available or not for receptions. Having that info ahead of time makes it easier to plan as someone who still wears a mask, even if it isn't available. Knowing definitively helps.
