Leadership is not ignoring the concerns of your Members & Fellows - expressed with ever greater desperation as they can't get training numbers & even face unemployment.

Nor is it responding to a workforce crisis by, wait for it, commissioning a 'review' of the problem. (2/3)

Dismayed to see @rcphysicians.bsky.social only today - literally years after doctors started raising concerns - finally issue an "urgent" call to the govt to address its deliberate suppression of resident doctor training places.

This is not what good leadership looks like (1/3)
