Allthings being equal to running the sdk build in docker and buildx I would have expected it to do a dotnet publish per container runtime target then push the containers & manifest.
ReadyToRun, PublishSingleFile, PublishTrimmed all die with NETSDK1191 with UCR set to false.

Using
`-property:UseCurrentRuntimeIdentifier=False`
instead throws for this csproj gist.github.com/ChrisMcKee/6...

All works as expected if `PublishReadyToRun` is false

The binlog showed the publish params had expanded from
--ucr false`
to
`-property:UseCurrentRuntimeIdentifier=True`

If UseCurrentRuntimeIdentifier is set to false and PublishReadyToRun true it'll still push the single runtime image. I guess the list under the cur setting is every option that would stop multitargetted publishing working
