Got three books on the go right now. Tinker, Tailor… by John Le Carré, Fool’s Assassin by Robin Hobb and Rose Madder by Stephen King. FA is easily getting all my attention though. Read 50% over the last four days.

Finished Sword Of Kaigen. My last book for May. It was a bumpy ride for me. The middle of this book was phenomenal by either side of it felt like different books. I’d love to read more of this world though. This very much felt like an appetiser.

Approaching my first listen through of this record. It’s just under two hours long. I thought, “There’s no way it’s all good,” as I hit play. I was wrong. It’s banger after banger.

Finished Memories Of Ice by Steven Erickson today. I had to seek out chapter summaries but I was glad I did. Really opened the world/story for me. Also the first book I’ve completed while reading/listening. There’s no going back on immersion reading for me now.
