I'm sitting here with my professional perspective as an RN/NP. When I worked as an RN, I was legally bound to disobey an order from an MD (or NP or PA, whatever) that I knew would endanger a patient. I needed to know med interactions and dosing and protocols so I could refuse a dangerous order.

Y'all help me understand and connect the dots that just aren't connecting for me.

All this court action is great. It's gratifying and reassuring. But, who enforces the various court rulings? Who? How? When?

Sadly, we can't opt out of mandatory payroll deductions.
