Everyone saw this "leak" and was immediately tricked by this hoax. So the community at the time breathed a sigh of relief and (I GUESS) stopped believing in any other theories or putting effort into any such theories about the identity of said Journal author, as they were 100% sure as to who- (5/?)

Alex and his team began by making a burner account to upload an image of a fake leak, essentially creating a counter-narrative to the Really Accurate Theory. Alex would then later go on his twitter to vaguely complain about said leak saying something like "So disappointed. Everything's ruined."(4/?)
