This doesn't look like terror either, I just mean it is a large country and it is difficult to know what is going on with only a vid like this. To me it looks like a riot of some sort. It could be about Ukraine, could be about migrants, but it could just as well be about football for all I know.

I'm sure they blame everything they can on immigrants and minorities. But there are dozens of ethnicities in Russia, all with their own histories. There might be tensions you and I are not well aware of. And concentrating forces in Ukraine has left Russia vulnerable for example for islamic terror.
