Good morning beautiful fam. I got to work a few minutes late which really grinds my gears. I have sleep issues and idk if it's from the fibromyalgia or I might have a slight case of sleep apnea. I have to call the pulmonologist to get my sleep test study results.

How kind of people to judge me on here when I share honestly. I stood in the freezing cold at a rally protesting against this detention center. I emailed the realtors selling the warehouse. I'm part of a resistance team. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to judge. ✌️

Tbh there are things, for example local ordinances can prevent local resources being taken and used to help. The centers are notorious for being disease breeding grounds due to the density, poor nutrition and lack of hygiene provided. People have to understand why mass deportation is bad.

I appreciate all the advice and replies. I am part of a group that helps out the community and we are taking action. We are doing what we can. However, I cannot forget that we need to tread carefully. I don't want to die under a fascist regime.

So between 🧊 opening up a detention center 30 minutes away and this new office that popped up in my city, I suspect we will be seeing A LOT more activity in the upcoming months. I will stay grounded in the present but I want to mentally prepare myself...
