2/2 When we are harmed by others we grieve the need to set boundaries we know may not be respected and lead to a parting of ways. It’s okay to be sitting right now and grieving. We all heal at different paces and some days are brighter than others. What matters is finding the people to get you thru.

Grieving is not a linear path. One minute you’re laughing with a colleague, the next you’re sobbing in the break room. There are moments of sitting in silence, moments of screaming at the sky, and moments where you just gotta dance. When we lose something we grieve. 1/2
