For people truly struggling and barely getting by, simply not driving to work, buying the items needed for life, etc. is almost impossible. Capitalism has cornered many of us in to be nearly dependant on companies we shouldnt support. Its so complicated now, and many are barely hanging on

Thats not the reality for most. On top of that, any supplies I need for the course (paper, pencils, notebooks, etc) are pretty much only available at corporate stores. I cant just not participate or it puts my grandmothers care at risk, and Im not even living deep in poverty anymore.

I agree, but even that is hard in our current world. I recently moved to a suburb to care for my grandmother and be a part of an academic program. There is almost no local stores. I can do produce local, but only because I have a garden and can afford the farmers market.

I'm not a liberal. I'm also not blaming West, I'm pointing out that his campaign was funded by pro Trump interest groups. It's just a fact.
Reality is nuanced, West can be a good person with good intent, and still be used by people for negative outcomes.

You cant have a general strike without mass organization that has plans in place to provide food and financial assistance to those in need. Without it, most Americans cant participate or they and/or their families with starve and/or become homeless.
