The most freeing realization I have ever had was that I cannot control what other people think of me. I could be the world's most perfect person and someone would still hate me, so might as well be myself so they hate me for valid reasons.

There's a huge disconnect between those of us who grew up with only pizza and Chinese food as delivery options, and those who have always known a massive variety of delivery options. It's a completely different perspective.

I think my favourite part of the week so far is being stuck on my bedroom because the house smells so strongly of the bacon someone cooked for breakfast that it makes me heave, and the windows can't be opened to air it out because outside smells like the world is on fire.
