They do not want immigrants. OK, February 3, will be a day partially without immigrants, their family, or friends. Don't purchase anything and, if possible, do not work.

When I was a teacher, my students and I always took time this month to honor the generations of Black Americans who fought against injustice to achieve equal rights.

May we all reflect on our past as we continue working to build a society that lives up to its democratic ideals.

Please do not assume that because an executive order will probably be blocked, harm won’t be done.

Harm is coming out of just the RHETORIC spread by the Trump administration. The base is riled. Entire groups of people are dehumanized.

Today, Donald Trump tried to cut off funding for law enforcement, schools, health care, and child care providers.

That’s money that Minnesotans rely on to keep our kids and our communities safe.

Trump talks incessantly about how our broken immigration system is letting criminals pour into our country, but that's ironically what he has done with his blanket pardon of 1500 insurrectionists - many of them were in prison for their violent assaults on January 6th.
