Tentatively working on the novel again after some time off. I am eager for you to get to meet these moles and their rabbit friend one of these days

At some point the Splodgy Fish title cards are going to evolve into some kind of experimental word-art-novella of their own, probably very 'Blood Electric' inspired

I don't see this need to make as a byproduct of capitalist labour expectations or whatever, and I get defensive if someone suggests as much. I just want what I'm passionate about to have tangible form instead of being like smoke on a breeze. Anyway it's late and Ozzy's dead so I'll go to bed

I have a lot inside my head at all times. And a lot of it, really, is borderline incoherent unless I wrestle it into shape. But I do want it to go somewhere before it completely loses all definition. It feels like this should be doable at least as a semi-nonsensical raw automatic outpouring but...

My sincere intention for this bleeter account or whatever is to post at least something creative I did that day, to keep me motivated, but I confess I haven't had much juice lately. Partly the heat, partly other factors. I know there's no duty to make something every day but it still bugs me

Made a funny thing today! I was worried this would be a grind to make, but it was actually quite a fluid process. A little annoyed I whiffed Hannelore's hair, but proud of that piss splashing in the glass

One day I am going to try my hand more seriously at making a videogame. It'll be a small, weird, silly thing, doubtless with fetish imagery. I don't want to make an Undertale or anything like that

Thinking about the fake videogame project again. Often my fictional essays grow out of trying to describe a thing just so that I know what I'm writing about. This time I'm trying to just write the bulletpoints and attack the essay later

I intend to try and get back in action tomorrow. For tonight I am going to watch a video about people cheating at chess. My mole cuckoldress may "cheat" on her husband (in a simulated framework of which he is a willing and equal participant) but she would NEVER cheat at chess

With it being a rough day at work and all, and my decision to remedy that with quite a heavy amount of cheesy garlic bread, i declare this evening a night off trying to motivate my creativity and instead a "let's watch a clumsy horror youtube series about lost Sonic media" evening

Aside from making psychedelic glitch art, I have been fussing around with the beginnings of a new draft of one of my fictional band projects. I feel like if I can just get this one "fantasy-perfect" band down in my head I can scratch that itch and cook up more diverse fictional bands going forward

Anyway this is where my creative mental energies have been tonight

I have actually written the article about the streamed game once before, but I'm no longer satisfied with that iteration of the concept

One is about an unfathomably vast game that does some seemingly impossible things when it's on your PC and that may be a sentient force in itself. And the third is about a decades-long community of people compulsively remaking and building upon the same cryptic videogame premise since 1978

I keep juggling three ideas for "weird videogame article", wondering if I can distill them down into one project. One is about a game that only exists in thousands of hours of streamed video by an anonymous individual who just plays the game for eight hours a day or more

I really must adopt some kind of structure to help me focus on creative work. All I've done today is that edit of DJ Shadow for my music youtube. This is why I like NaNoWriMo (the event, not the defunct company), I know it's just gamification but it gets me off my arse

Hopefully this account will not be a never-ending stream of "didn't do much today." However I did not do all that much. Currently revisiting chapter 1 with an eye to a full re-read of chapters 1-9 as they exist. There's a fair bit I want to tweak in this chapter though, mostly the house layout

I tell you what I did end up doing: I updated my list of all the Garten Of Banban characters and whether or not they fuck. I have such normal hobbies

Well I can't say I've done much today, just going through chapter notes, tweaking a word here or an idea there. But anything is not nothing, as somebody somewhere presumably says

I didn't get a lot of words down today but I massaged some parts of my text together and I'm committing to merging two chapters together for flow. I need to seriously revise my chapter outlines, and I need to start writing down ideas as soon as I have them
