I'm sorry you're having such a rough time with adeno too. Sending sympathy.

I guess it's that after a hysterectomy, the uterine walls, where the adeno is, will no longer be there. Provided, of course, one doesn't have endo too, which given their inability often to diagnose it, is no guarantee.
