Listening snails.
I had a period of making ears repetitively. Reflecting back, it was a time when I was in deep creative flow. Listening attentively and patiently to myself, allowing the work to unfold. There’s much to be said for a snail’s pace.

The process of going from sketch to sculpted piece never fails to be satisfying to me. And there is usually an element of surprise that I’ve been able to create what was in my mind. So very rewarding.
