Okay so I cried and cried through today’s Starfleet Academy episode.

I feel the same way about this trend as my celiac sister feels about the Gluten Free trend. I struggle to get enough protein because of a messed up gut. While the trend benefits me, I can still see it for the marketing ploy it is.
