I don't generally go nuts for learning from leaders in other domains, but I would strongly recommend Gareth Southgate's Dimbleby Lecture. We began the year with a condemned building, which led to staggered starts; teaching across two sites, and teaching in portacabins... I am beyond thrilled with our results. The students pulled their socks up and just WOW! What a way to end a very challenging year.
