3 years ago and my last service in the C of E. I was processed out wearing a Welsh Rugby Jersey. Guess to which hymn!? How life has changed!

I worry about the notion of being a burden. I have in the past felt as though I was a real burden. My family and friends saw someone worthy of love and compassion. How I felt and what they saw were entirely different things.

Lovely to spend time with this legend discussing the Newport RFC Carol Service at Newport Cathedral.

So sad to hear how many if our great Valleys Clubs have been flooded out. Our clubs are great community assets and not just venues for our cherished game. #prayers @welshrugbyunion.bsky.social

Disaster: decided on a cheeky Greggs after a long meeting. Sold out of Sausage Rolls, Belgium Buns, Éclairs and Vanilla Slices. Went home for a healthy Caesar Salad. Hmmmmm

Loving this book. Short stories without bullet points for reflection or study aids. Just stories presented for the reader to make of them what they will #spirituality #faith
