He keeps a happy squad regardless of starts. When he's ignorant to the situation and refusing to sub before 70 mins we call him on it. When he does what we all scream out for and it works he deserves the credit. Perhaps genius was a bit complimentary. Smart, perhaps?

The importance of a result is massive: a win could lift us to 16th and five points clear of the bottom three. Elland Road has to be a fortress again. We need the same aggression shown against Chelsea to secure a massive three points!
