I REALLY liked my old boss, he's my favorite boss I've ever had, so THAT'S tough, even though I also have worked with and like my new boss and I am glad it's not just a random stranger lmao. but also this is a guy I was used to having regular conversations with and now it's suddenly all formal lmao

feeling like I have done something and accomplished a goal, but also getting it off my desk for months at a time! I mean, I put the playtest version of Before the Season Ends out earlier this year and then I didn't think about it again for 6 months until I wanted to again! felt great!

previously I had noted that releasing a public playtest edition of a game worked out well for me to gauge interest and gather feedback from people I might not otherwise get it from, but I had neglected to account for another reason: putting out a playtest version as a means of STALLING FOR TIME lmao

everyone better download this bullshit when I release it in October, it's a cool free zine and I know you like those, and also I put in entirely too much effort making this into an actually good game that is fun to play, for something that is ultimately a very silly joke

I’m sure my usual coffee shop prefers that the long-empty storefront next to them has been replaced by a seemingly very busy salon; obviously it brings in more foot traffic for them. But also: the shared parking lot is a nightmare, I think the salon fumes are making people forget how to park lmao
