A blossom petal is stuck to a wet window and outside everything is wet and covered in grey cloud.
A vibrant bunch of red, pink, lilac and bicoloured yellow and scarlet tulips sits in a ceramic jug on a windowsill. Outside it is raining and grey with low cloud and almost no visibility.
Visibility on Te Ahumairangi was pretty poor and Hauraro was whipping the blossoms off the trees this weekend so I picked all my remaining tulips and brought them inside to brighten up the day.π±π³πΏ #AotearoaGardens

Rhetorical question, why do we keep re-electing stale, pale, male, conservative mayors and councillors?

Jars of home made marmalade on a kitchen bench.
Turns out you can do a mix of Seville and Navel oranges in a Seville orange marmalade. I only had to add 3 to make up the weight too.

When Wellington busts out a sunny day but youβve got a killer dead arm from your Shingrex vax, the right thing to do is sit in the sun and eat lemon sherbet doughnut right? #TGIF π³πΏ

You need this stuff from Japanmart Dallas.
It goes in the fabric softener drawer in yr machine. Antibacterial and kills that smell completely. Fill the cap up to no.2 mark.
