And just so many other things. As soon as Dillon and I talk about something or I watch something or think something, it comes up in some other way shortly thereafter. Bonkers.

Feels like intuition (or something) is off the charts lately. Villager hunting on AC and didn’t have anyone in mind. Just who I vibed with. Then I thought to myself “It’d be funny to get Pietro if he shows up though. Idk why. But if he does, I’ll get him.”

Honestly cannot believe that my first campsite villager is Raymond. Do I play the lottery now?

Being able to fit into shorts I bought TWO summers ago, thinking they’d fit and they didn’t, is amazing. I don’t need to buy shorts this year. Thanks past chonky me.

I had my hands in my pockets and pushed down just a little, and without unzipping or unbuttoning, my pants fell off. They’re a size 10.

Hearing the pitter patter of 8 little cat peets running through the house makes me so happy.

We had our roof sealed before the new year to hopefully get us through the winter without continuous leaks. Thankfully, it worked and they haven’t been leaking again until last week and now tonight. We get a new roof Wednesday but it’s straight rain until then. Hopefully they don’t get way worse.

It’s 3:11am. I’ve been at the ER vet with Remus since 10pm. Not going home super soon, either.

This has been a really weird birthday weekend. 😓

My future MIL is watching Dawson’s Creek at my recommendation. She’s 6 episodes into the first season. I cannot tell you how much this means to me. 😂

I’m not a real part of any of them. They all seem happy enough to see me when we do connect, but I’m never missed enough or wanted around enough to be asked to join them in just… doing life. Idk. I feel like none of that really makes sense.

their games, triumphs, and seeing how they’ve grown. But I’m never asked. Another group is still friends with people I’d rather not be friends with. Another group again, remains close, but I’m not included. It’s just weird that I can point to about 4 distinct groups of people I once belonged to and

other connections. But really I’ve just retreated more into my bubble with Dillon. So some of that is for sure on me. But the part that sucks is realizing that I am… not missed in those other circles. lol Like I’m just not. One group, they all have kids. I love kids. I would love to be there for

but I think that’s because of the drama I went through of feeling disconnected with one friend group during my grief, going to another, and being stabbed in the back/front/side by many of them and losing it almost completely. Never really found my footing since then. I’ve made new friends. Deepened

I don’t think I fit anywhere.

Seeing old friends is always so refreshing and grounding, but then we go our separate ways until the time strikes again and when I’m not in their direct line of sight, I don’t feel like I exist to them. And like… I get it. I’m real bad about it. Worse in recent years,

Tomorrow is Samhain’s spay and my 4 year anniversary with Dillon. I’m going to die between the immense stress and love my heart will feel.

It’s weird to be down 20lbs and still not feel like you look any different.

I love when Samhain is sleepy and I pet her and she turns on her side with her little head almost upside down and just starts purring away. I think she likes me.

The one way I’m jealous of Dillon’s job is that when he has time off, he has nothing to catch up on. He just goes back and it’s like he didn’t miss. Then there’s me, who leaves a week ago with 0 emails and has a LOT more than 0 to deal with now. Trying not to let the Sunday Scaries get to me.
