update, got a motherboard and it wasnt plug and play like i thought itd be. thought getting a bios would work, but accidentally unplugged it while that was happening, so mightve bricked my motherboard...

more context, its been sitting like this for about an hour. i tried to let it sit, but after about 5hrs, this still happens. i tried to reset or clear the cmos, but it doesnt seem to be working. i also get no display, so i cant see whats going on either
