Decided to level up my minor interest of #photography into perhaps something bigger.

I am now the owner of a 48-year-old Soviet camera made in 1977. No batteries, no SD cards. Entirely manual and it needs film.

Entirely new world for me, but YOLO. I’m going to learn how to use it!

Joking aside , I found the Kone to be quirky and a little cumbersome but it does produce very very nice negs and mine has certainly been reliable.

6x7 has a nice balance to it as well …. And with that rifle cocking wind-on … you can shoot all 10 shots in like 12 seconds flat !

I can only add that I have a Koni Omega Rapid that I didn’t need and it found me on eBay and it is brilliant !
